iStore is the home of everything Apple, and Africa's largest Apple Premium Reseller. With a retail footprint of more than 30 physical and online stores across Africa that provide expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, training and technical support for anything and everything Apple.

Purpose of the role

The individual in this position is responsible for risk identification and mitigation by performing checks and balances against all Funded Channel transactions within the iStore business.

Focus and objectives:

To facilitate a set of daily checks against all funded channel transactions,

To ensure risk identification and mitigation,

To ensure that compliance standards are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Cellular Contract Compliance - Ensure smooth operational workflow on cellular funded transactions. Making sure alignment and compliance of contracts are adhered to.
• Compliance Escalations - conduct follow up on all escalations until resolution.
• Customer service escalation and store support - ensuring support structures relating to cellular compliance are functional during business hours. Resolve and manage escalations in timely manner.
• Provide ongoing training and support to iStore staff to ensure compliance.
• Relationship Management - Engage with internal stakeholders and build relationships with store staff to ensure compliance between departments.
• Ensure good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to produce favourable outcomes and results.

• Completed Matric or Tertiary qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience within retail
• Telecommunications industry experience would be advantageous.
• Experience with risk and compliance on cellular contracts.
