My client, a financial services organization with a diverse portfolio, is currently looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Compliance Officer to join their young and futuristic Compliance Department.The successful contender would be an individual who is FSCA CAT I registered and has experience in compliance frameworks, POPI information and has sound judgment. - Maintain compliance procedures and manuals
- Develop and maintain an internal control framework
- Maintain KI/representative register
- Compliance audits
- Establish and maintain internal stakeholder relations
- Identify and investigate compliance breaches
- BCom/LLB or related
- Postgraduate/Honours (Risk or Compliance management) - advantageous
- FSCA Category 1 Compliance Officer (NB!)
- Min. 3 years compliance experience
