Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Conference Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about planning and executing successful events. Understand the virtual working concept Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute conferences, meetings, and other events from start to finish. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure all event requirements are met. Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio/visual equipment, and transportation. Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, schedules, and checklists. Ensure clear and timely communication with all stakeholders throughout the planning process. Handle on-site event management, including setup, registration, troubleshooting, and post-event wrap-up. Evaluate the success of events through feedback, surveys, and analysis to continuously improve future events. Maintain accurate records of all event details and expenses.
