Construction & Project ManagementKey Responsibilities:
Analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate cost estimates. Prepare tender submissions and BOQs. Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor and update project budgets and forecasts. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers throughout all project phases.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a construction estimator . Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in estimating software (e.g. CCS Candy, BuildSmart, MS Excel). Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
