Construction Manager For New Sugar Refinery Factory In Zanzibar
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to lead this ambitious project from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the construction of the new sugar refinery factory.
Ensure all construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations
Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in industrial or factory construction.
Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of local construction regulations and practices in Tanzania is a plus.
