This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise and make a lasting impact on a key regional project.To be the ideal candidate, you'll possess:
- Building related degree or Advanced Diploma
- Professional registration with SACPCMP as P.CM or ECSA as Pr Eng/Pr Tech/Pr Techni (essential)
- 5+ years' proven experience as a successful Site Agent (mandatory)
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage onsite teams
- Ability to plan, delegate, and ensure project completion on time and within budget
- In-depth understanding of construction regulations and safety protocols
