  • +10 years experience within construction specialising in real-estate development
  • B-Tech in Construction Management or higher
  • Role involves project planning, resource management, budget management, quality control and documentation and reporting
  • Permanent role in Zanzibar which requires relocation
  • Interviews to be held in Cape Town
