We have an amazing opportunity for an Construction Project Manager based in Cape Town, Western CapeIndustry: EngineeringLevel: SeniorKey Requirements:BSc or Honours in Construction Management or related field5+ years' experience in construction project management within consulting firm in the built environment.Experience managing projects from inception to close-out.Proficiency in managing project scope, schedule, and costs according to international best practices.Demonstrable experience in managing construction contracts and conducting construction contract administration.PMP and/or Pr.CPM certification is an advantage.MS Office, MS Project, and PMBOK literacy.Personal Attributes:Strong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented with a focus on qualityStrong organizational and time management skillsIf you would like to apply for this position, please send your CV through to or contact us at XXX-XXXX.
