Construction Project Manager Kuilsrivier Cape TownOur construction building client of facilities is looking for a construction contracts manager with 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in project construction building management experience.Salary up to R 45000 pm xe2x80x93 depends on persons experienceMin RequirementsTertiary qualification in Project Management /Construction management or relevant onsite experience.A minimum of 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experienceCivil construction experience an added bonusOwn Driverxe2x80x99s licenseExperienced within the technical construction building industryTechnical skill set within the Construction IndustryStrong management / Supervision and Planning skillsAbility to travel nationally xe2x80x93 when neededProcess orientated / Multi project implementation successKnowledge of Construction machinery including laser level equipment and or Installation equipment.Ability to co-ordinate and oversee any new installations or upgrades to existing facilitiesResponsibilities:Controlling / monitoring of project expenses such as materials, equipment, fuel and labourManaging and forecasting of project budgets / allowable vs expensesProject construction planning and executionManaging and supervising allocated teams to execute the required project scopeLeading and motivating teams in order to perform their allocated duties efficientlyProject planning, co-ordination and scheduling of required deliveries / materialsImplement / monitor project plans and ensure targets are achievedEnsuring that all required equipment is available and utilized appropriatelyAble to establish and maintain a sound relationship with new and existing clientsControl and Management of all permanent / temporary staff on allocation projectsApply onlineFrogg Recruitment
