Job Summary

Hire Resolve's client is a leading construction firm in Johannesburg, which is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Manage project budget, track expenses, and ensure cost control
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and industry best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders
• Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• BSc/BA in Construction Management or related field
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus
