Candidate to have own car, phone and laptop, and be prepared to travel around South Africa
Candidate must have Retail Experience.
Must be able to work remotely. This is not an in-office-based role.
Site-based role, managing projects mostly in the Gauging, Limpopo, North West, Mpumalanga and Free State Regions
Candidate must be capable of putting together Scope of works, Budgets and Programmes
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project. The Admin Component of this job is heavily Excel based.
Must be able to communicate to all Stakeholders alike - Client, Landlord and all Site Contractors via multiple platforms (via Email, WhatsApp and Telephone)
