Construction Site SupervisorThis role is available immediately & it is a full-time role. This position is based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. Start Date: ImmediatelyThe Site Supervisor will report to the Senior Project Manager.If you have recent 3 years of experience in the building industry, gained while working for a recognized company (not self-employed or consulting), and are looking for an opportunity to make a real impact, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate new construction projects and facility upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to architectural drawings and project specifications.
- Supervise on-site contractors, ensuring quality and project timelines are met.
- Ensure all projects are delivered to high standards, on time, and within scope.
- 3 years of recent, verifiable experience in the building and construction industry with a recognized company (not self-employed or consulting).
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and architectural drawings.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans for effective team and client interaction.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel nationally as required.
- References from previous employers are essential.
