To attend to any cash related matter (e.g., walk-in customers, ATM's) whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience and laid down requirements.

A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in branch banking is essential.
Comprehensive understanding of the bank's established policies and procedures related to teller operations and frontline support is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing bulk cash transactions and ATM operations.
In-depth familiarity with legal aspects pertaining to cash handling is crucial.
Thorough knowledge of various departments and their functions within a branch environment is necessary.
Experience in customer service and relationship management within a banking context.
Proficiency in using banking software and cash management systems.
Skills and Attributes:
Excellent numerical skills with a high degree of accuracy in cash handling and reconciliation.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes in the evolving banking sector.
