Job Description

Tsholo Consulting Solutions (Pty) Ltd intends to hire consultants for a supply chain management project in Gauteng for a period not exceeding six months. The available positions are as follows:



Senior procurement buyer Must have valid membership registration with CIPS or SAPICS. Must have a minimum NQF Level 7 qualification in commerce, supply chain management, or economics. Must have at least five years of operational procurement experience.



Procurement buyer Must have valid membership registration with CIPS or SAPICS. Must have a minimum NQF Level 5 qualification in commerce, supply chain management, or economics. Must have three to five years of operational procurement experience.



Governance support secretariat Must have a minimum NQF Level 7 qualification in business administration, law, governance, public policy, or a related field. Must have three to five years of proven experience in a similar role.



Vendor and master data analyst Must have a minimum NQF Level 7 qualification in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or information systems. Must have at least three to five years of experience in vendor master management, analysis, insights, and reporting.



Enterprise and supplier development specialist Must have a minimum NQF Level 7 qualification in commerce, supply chain management, economics, or finance. Must have at least five years of relevant experience in B-BBEE, enterprise and supplier development (ESD), and preferential procurement strategy formulation and execution.



Senior demand planner Must have a minimum NQF Level 7 qualification in business, supply chain management, operations management, engineering, or project management. Must have at least five years of experience in a demand planning or forecasting role.



Compliance consultant Must have a minimum NQF Level 7 qualification in business, law, finance, or commerce. Must have at least three to five years of experience in compliance or risk management, with an understanding of relevant laws and regulations in the industry.



Supplier relationship management specialist Must have a minimum NQF Level 7 qualification in business, supply chain management, procurement, or commerce. Must have at least three to five years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain operations, with a strong track record of managing supplier relationships.

Project manager:

Implementation specialist Must have a minimum NQF Level 7 qualification and/or professional project management certification. Must have at least seven years of experience in project management, especially in managing, tracking, and reporting on a portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget and quality requirements.



Category management implementation specialist Must have a minimum NQF Level 7 qualification in business, law, supply chain management, or a related field. Must have at least seven years of operational experience related to category management.
