Most of the projects are in the commercial build sector, where they deliver a turnkey solution starting from corporate real estate strategy of existing and development projects right through to handover. Based on demand and a strong pipeline of exciting projects, they are looking to engage with top talent in the industry and employ an Assistant Project Manager who will report to the PMO Lead and Project Managers.Your duties will include but are not limited to assisting in the creation of an effective implementation plan for all stages of the project before commencement, actively monitoring work flow throughout the project and drawing up reports, managing the project wrap-up, supporting the governance processes and tools as well as overseeing project documentation.The suitable incumbent will hold a Construction/Quantity Surveying or Building Science degree, coupled with a proven track record of 2 to 4 years' post-University experience in a similar role working with building projects. Given the nature of the role it will see you travelling to different sites, this means that you will have a vehicle and a license.
