Job Description


We are currently recruiting for a Call Center Manager which is a contract position which with one of our clients. We need someone who is available immediately and has experience in the role.Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Contact Centre Manager
  • Must have managed at least 8 Team Leader or over 150 seats contact center
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
  • Proven experience in managing contact center
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
