What you will do
The Content Administrator will be responsible and accountable to manage and oversee digital content across our platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring content accuracy, organization and publication that aligns with the business objectives. The content administrator will work closely with the content team lead and product owner to manage content updates, maintain editorial schedules, and enforce quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content management, digital marketing and SEO, with experience using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Working in a competitive niche which constantly updates and changes, it's key to be flexible and plan different strategies with the teams involved. Soft skills are important in order to cultivate a dynamic and productive environment.
What you'll be working on:
Maintain and update website content, including text, images, videos and landing pages, ensuring consistency and accuracy;
Oversee content scheduling, manage the editorial calendar, and collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines;
Review and proofread content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards;
Utilise web analytics and industry trends to optimise content strategies and enhance engagement;
Assist the content team lead in daily organisational tasks and liaise with freelancers and external content contributions.
What you'll be bringing to your new role:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field;
Minimum 2 years of experience in content management, digital marketing or a similar role;
Proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS platforms;
Strong writing, editing, and proof reading skills with attention to detail;
Basic design skills and familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other editing tools;
Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimisation techniques;
Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate effectively across different organizations and cultures;
