With a focus on crafting exceptional written content, we need someone whos meticulous, organised, and brimming with creative ideas.Youll take the reins of our brands tone of voice, devising content strategies that drive visibility, generate leads, and foster vibrant communities through social media. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy: Research, develop, and implement comprehensive content and social media strategies.Content Writing & Asset Creation: Create high-quality, SEO-optimised content using keyword research for a range of channels including website, blog (long and short form), case studies, social media and email, as well as creating presentation decks and sales enablement assets.Brand Tone of Voice: Define and maintain a distinctive tone of voice across all communication channels.Thought Leadership: Collaborate with industry professionals and in-house SMEs to produce high impact thought leadership content.Reports & Whitepapers: Support the development of strategic reports, such as salary surveys and market snapshots.Case Studies: Bring client successes to life through compelling written and video content.Social Media Management: Oversee multiple social media accounts, primarily on LinkedIn, to build engagement and grow our online communities.SEO Optimisation: Work with our SEO team to maximise the visibility and effectiveness of website content, blogs, case studies and services messaging.Proofreading: Ensure internal and external communications are polished, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.PR Support: Assist with awards submissions, press responses, and other PR initiatives.In addition to these responsibilities, youll gain exposure to the full marketing mix, including events, web development, email campaigns, advertising, PPC/SEO, and PR. What Were Looking For Were seeking a seasoned professional with at least 6 years of relevant experience, ideally in the UK market. Experience or familiarity with the creative industries, technology, or recruitment/staffing is highly desirable. Skills & ExpertiseExceptional copywriting skills with a proven ability to create engaging, high-quality content.Advanced expertise in creating SEO-optimised, high-quality content for diverse channels, including blogs, case studies, social media, email, and sales enablement materials.Advanced social media management skills, particularly on LinkedIn knowledge of paid campaign building is desirable.Proficiency in multi-media content creation (e.g., written, video, and graphic).Experience using reporting tools and analytics to measure performance, track KPIs, and inform data-driven content activities.A strong grasp of digital marketing principles and tools.
