Our client in the Telecommunications industry is currently looking for a Content Creation Intern, in Waverly, Johannesburg (Remote)Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Develop and produce creative and engaging TikTok videos that align with our brand's voice and objectives.
• Experiment with different content formats, including challenges, tutorials, behind-the-scenes, and more.
• Ensure all content is optimized for engagement and shares.
• Trend Spotting:
• Stay up to date with the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and platform updates.
• Identify and leverage trending topics to create timely and relevant content.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Social Media Manager to plan and execute content calendars.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales) to create integrated campaigns.
• Community Engagement:
• Monitor and engage with our TikTok community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Foster a positive and engaging community atmosphere.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track the performance of TikTok content using analytics tools.
• Provide regular reports on content performance and insights for improvement.

• Proven experience with TikTok content creation (portfolio or examples required)
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Excellent video editing skills using TikTok's native tools or other video editing software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Experience with other social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Video editing/composing skills.
• Fluency in multiple South African Languages is a plus.
• Self-sufficient, driven and must take the incitive to pick up the slack and get the job done.
• No need to be micromanaged.
• Attention to detail.
• Must have technical knowledge i.e. algorithms and understanding of technical terms.

• R7500 R10 000 per month.
