• Website advertising
• General reception duties
• Answering the switchboard
• General administrative duties
• Handling client queries, walk-ins etc.
• Running errands

• Graphic design experience Canver/Photoshop
• Content creation in terms of marketing; advertising; blogging
• Cheerful, welcoming demeanor
• Presentable and well dressed
• Highly computer literate advanced skills
• Strong administration and organizational abilities
• Hardworking and driven
• Experienced in client relations with a command of the English language
• Excellent telephone etiquette A MUST
• Accurate typing skills/attention to detail A MUST
• Reliable and conscientious worker
• Previous work experience in office environment (real estate environment preferrable)
• Own vehicle and driver's license (non-negotiable)

• Effective communicator, both written and verbal
• Must be a good team player with initiative

• Patient when dealing with multiple staff members and clients
• Ability to multitask and work across different projects
