Content Designer UI Designer, Designer - IT

We are looking for a skilled Customer Experience (CX) Analyst with a strong background in content strategy and creation to join our team. In this role, youll be a key player in improving user experiences, with a deep understanding of user journey mapping and the ability to identify potential risks that could impact customer satisfaction.Responsibilties:

• Ensuring and advocating a user-centred approach to all the content you create.
• Map customer purchase journeys to identify pain points and user needs.
• Create and curate brilliant content that customers will love.
• Work closely with stakeholders and team members to ensure our content is evidence based, user centred and continually optimised.
• Take part in user research and be able to work with multidisciplinary, agile teams to contribute to an overall user experience.
• Use discovery methods to take facts from subject matter experts and present them in a brilliant, personal and simple way.
• Take responsibility for legal, regulatory governance and compliance of your content.
• Be a design team representative and a main point of contact for product owners and product team members on developing a user centred approach.
• Excellent copy writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong understanding of content strategy and user-centered design
• Familiarity with digital platforms, tools, and content management systems (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, WordPress)
• Ability to create clear, engaging, and concise content that aligns with user needs and business objectives
• Experience creating and maintaining content guidelines, tone of voice, and documentation
• Knowledge of information architecture and content hierarchies
• Experience with content audits, gap analyses, and optimization
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive content design
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization best practices
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, working closely with designers, developers, and product teams
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and ability to work within sprint cycles
• Ability to conduct research and incorporate user feedback into content decisions.

Skills & Experience:

• 8 years experience as content creator
• Proven track record user centred content strategy and creation.
• Expert understanding of user journey mapping and identifying risks. Preferably within an ecommerce/transactional/purchasing context.
• Experience working with AGILE multi disciplined teams User Researchers, Product Owners, Designers, etc.
• Comprehensive commercial portfolio of elegant content creation/copywriting.
• Strong understanding of content publishing on various CMS platforms (and the constraints that come with each) particularly AEM..
