Welcoming guests from all around the world including North America, Germany and France, Le Boat provides holidays in 9 different countries, with France being the largest destination and the Canal Du Midi the most famous and popular cruising ground.Key facts:900+ self-drive boats18 destinations in Europe & Canada200+ suggested itineraries34 bases in France & Canada45 sources markets6 sales offices in UK, Canada, Germany, France, South Africa & AustraliaRole summaryTo assist with the delivery and execution of Le Boats Customer Experience strategy, including the development of client communications and ensuring consistent delivery on all points of the customer journey, from customer acquisition to service delivery, in alignment with our brand vision and values.Role & ResponsibilitiesWorking with the Head of Customer Experience to improve and develop online and offline aspects of the customer journey.Managing and updating website content across multiple domains.Copy writing and producing customer communications across all channels.Project managing multiple work streams and taking responsibility for delivery deadlines.Working alongside our in-house design team to produce clear, compelling and engaging content.Researching, acquiring, collating and presenting information from various sources, including operational colleagues, internal departments, tourist boards and the internet.Writing succinct, absorbing and optimised copy for the website and well as review and improve existing content.Planning, copywriting and overseeing the design of customer paperwork, emails, documents and guides.Gathering and analysing customer insight to guide the creation and design of key online collateral.Project planning, coordinating and working with colleagues to deliver initiatives on time.Ensuring all customer facing collateral, produced across the business, conforms to brand guidelines.What we are looking forEssential:Excellent copy writing skills, including a solid grasp of the English language.Great at working with other people and a good ability at building strong relationships.Good organisation and project management skills.Personal accountability to make things happen and to ensure results/strategy/service levels are achieved.A proficiency with Excel spreadsheets to aid planning, progress tracking and reporting, as well as MS Powerpoint.An enjoyment of problem solving, understanding customer needs and generating ideas.A keen and consistent eye, a stickler for brand rules and an avid attention to detail.Preferable:2:1 bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent.Evidence of working with strong consumer brands, ideally within the travel and leisure sectors.Confident with the basics of Adobe Photoshop.Together we will cultivate a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment, where everyone can flourish.
