Plan, create, and manage compelling content for web, social media, email, blogs, video, and other digital platforms
Collaborate with writers, designers, videographers, & other creatives to ensure high-quality, engaging content
Collaborate with the Content Manager on planning & creating a content calendar aligned with campaign/ business goals
Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator to inform latest trends in social media to grow engagement and audience reach.
Ensure content aligns with brand tone, voice, & visual identity
Create editorial written content for the brand's website, uploading content using a CMS
Optimize content for SEO and user engagement
Track content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven improvements
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in digital content, social media and storytelling
Manage multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Copywriting, Digital Media, Marketing
4 years of experience in content and copywriting, content production, digital media, or related roles
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across different formats
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools, & content planning tools
Proficiency in video editing, or multimedia production is a plus
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly and work both independently and collaboratively
