Job Description

The Content Reporting Analyst will be responsible for reporting figures and ensuring merchant reports are available timeously and accurately to partners and other stakeholders as per the commercial agreements.

Requirements



Read and interpret merchant contracts to determine the associated products and appropriate merchant payment rates. Creation of merchant reports and financial schedules for national and international merchant partners. Coordination and monitoring of QA processes to ensure correct, complete and timely reporting Prepares and submits monthly and quarterly merchant reports to Mondia's partners Communicates with merchants regarding payments and invoices and responds to questions and requests Periodically improve and document all control procedures, identifying system issues and making suggestions for improvements Execute accurate reporting to enable financial recommendations that align with company objectives Maintains records of merchant rates, sales, any minimum guarantees and payments for all Mondia's partners Utilizes merchant payment records to provide tracking report for management and provides historical sales data upon request Development of systems, tools and implementation of new reporting requirements

BA Degree or Technology Qualification (Bcom Informatics specialising in accounting will be an advantage)


Experience



A minimum of 2 years practical experience in licensing or reporting. Telecommunication experience would be an advantage.
