Dis-Chem Pharmacies has an opportunity available for an Online Content Team Leader at our Head Office in Midrand. The main purpose of the position is to take ownership of the day-to-day assembly & deployment of all Dis-Chem Website content for the Online Content portfolio. The role will require the incumbent to work effectively across multiple teams, including some external partners, to proactively seek relevant information in order to effectively support the overarching business objectives & ensure the delivery of world class digital content.The ideal candidate will be a team player, have a high attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. This is a fast-changing role with evolving expectations.Liaise with all stakeholders to align and keep all Website content and promotions up to date as per business requirements.Ensure all content for all campaigns and promotions is successfully and timeously briefed and uploaded.Minimum Requirements:Essential:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the Online environment including experience in Online CMS

Lead Team responsible for online CMS, including:

• Administration of banners, blocks, pages, badges etc in Website (CMS), ensuring these are available and uploaded timeously.
• Building of promotional pages, groups and links.
• Conceptualisation and building of website landing pages.
• Artwork briefing
• Assistance with other online duties if required

Products Management:

• Managing and sourcing product content on the website
• Merchandising products within categories and promotions.
• Management of Product mapping and maintenance thereof
• Maintenance Product Images and Long Descriptions
• Administration of Bonus Buys and GWP promotions

Knowledge:

• Understanding of Online CMS, CMS trends
• Understanding of eCommerce trends and content marketing
• High-level understanding of performance features and functionality
• Domain knowledge in retail, online advertising, and eCommerce with strong affinity to the Dis-Chem brand.

CompetenciesEssential:

• Understanding of Online CMS, CMS trends
• Magento/ SAP Commerce Cloud
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team environment and work well under deadline pressures. Be able to plan and organize tasks and schedules while being adaptable and flexible. Ability to work with people in different areas of the organisation.
• Demonstrate an understanding basic calculations, check add to cart totals and Bonus Buy calculations
• Time Management, self-motivated, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to steer a group correctly to achieve required outcomes
