Individuals that will serve as Continuous Improvement Champions for Konecta SA to fulfil the need to gather and analyse data which will determine the best actions to improve as well as control improvements to processes and customer experience. This will include audit and accountability of existing/new operational processes.
Requirements:
Matric
Min 2 years' experience working in call centres
Intermediate to expert use of Excel and PowerPoint
Worked on previous projects involving data analysis
Certification in Six Sigma may be beneficial
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail with excellent administrative and time management skills
Adaptability to work within various campaigns across the organisation
Intermediate to Expert use of Excel and PowerPoint
Maintain professionalism and drive accountability with the relevant stakeholders
Ability to influence others in a positive way
Must maintain Discretion and Confidentiality
Must be vibrant and engage proactively with the team to be results driven and efficient
Ability to work under pressure and ability to work proactively with minimum supervision is a must
Problem Solving Methodologies. e.g. DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis would be a benefit
Knowledge of applying Lean Six Sigma techniques would be a benefit
Responsibilities:
Utilise available resources for gathering information to create datasets which can be used to determine trends/patterns and uncover root causes for process or customer experience failures
Responsible for converting customer/client/forum feedback into actionable data
Ensuring appropriate actions are developed and deployed
Communicate with all relevant stakeholders on the progress at pre-determined stages of a project
Provide the business with a presentation that follows the DMAIC approach for each project
Tracking all activities in a project for archiving and referencing
Complete administrative tasks related to operational requirements to correct errors
Audit operational administrative tasks to ensure adherence
Complete Daily, Weekly and Monthly feedback sessions on Audit and Accountability
