Developing a Quality Management System for CMS CPD programmes. Designing and developing a CPD implementation strategy. Developing a CPD policy for accredited stakeholders, i.e. healthcare brokers, trustees, etc. Liaising and participating in activities of professional bodies and other relevant stakeholders in order to conclude memorandums ofunderstanding related to CPD programmes. Supporting the development, review and maintenance of policies and the planning processes. Undertake assignments/tasks allocated by the line manager in accordance with CMS operational requirements.Bachelors Degree or an Advanced Diploma in Social Sciences or a relevant equivalent qualification at NQF level 7;OETDP qualification will be an added advantage;5 years relevant experience, 2 years of which must be working with different target audiences across various levels (e.g. Corporates,NGOs, Consumer Groups & the Public, and Service environment);3 years working experience with different professional bodies on Continuous Professional Development matters at a specialist orsupervisory level; andRegistration as an Assessor and a Moderator.Training and Knowledge areas: Knowledge of the Skills Development Act, the National Qualifications Framework Act and accompanying regulations.Knowledge of the SAQA and SETA processes.Basic understanding of the medical insurance industry.Development of Quality Management Systems Policy and Processes related to CPD.Understanding of the PFMA and other legislation that govern regulatory entities.Computer Literacy.Technical Skills and Behavioural Attributes:Instructional design and development.Advanced administrative, presentation, and report-writing skills.Development of QMS policy and procedure.Project, Task, and time management skills.Critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail;Ability to work independently and in a team;Conflict management, negotiation, and persuasion skills;Self-starter; andgood interpersonal, interviewing and communication skills (verbal and written).
