Job Description
Primary functions include but not limited to:
oEnsure that all applicable requirements for fuel company industry are adhere to
oTo manage daily the cost effectiveness of the operation
oEnsure that all operations and financial reports are forwarded to the people concerned
Duties & Responsibilities:
oTo manage daily the cost effectiveness of the operation. The cost of overtime, fuel, tires, and maintenance to receive special attention.
oEnsure that incident/accident prevention is the main pillars of operation.
oTo inform client immediately about any problems or deviation from required and agreed service levels.
oTo ensure that all operations and financial reports are forwarded to the people concerned by the stipulated deadlines.
oTo prepare annual budgets and report on actual on a monthly basis.
oConduct regular risk assessments on the operational activities.
oEnsure that all applicable requirements for fuel company industry are adhere to
oUse all tools including drive cam and vehicle tracking to ensure drivers perform at maximum level at all times
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: R45000,00 - R50000,00 per month
Education:
High School (matric) (Required)
Experience:
Middle Management: 3 years (Required) Working with TotalEnergies: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
Transport Management Qualification (Required)
Work Location: In person
