Minimum Requirements
Matric
Tertiary Human Resources qualifications advantageous
5+ years temporary employment services Supervision or Management in Retail or Hospitality industry
Sounding knowledge in basic labour ACT and industrial relations
Attention to details
Excellent payroll and timesheets capturing skills
Excellent assignee management skills
Duties
Ensuring assignees timesheets has been collected and captured timeously
Running assignees payroll timeously
Executing disciplinary hearings incompliance with basic Labour Act
Carrying out KPA with with assignees for skills development recommendation
Maintain a standby pool of assignees to stand in for absenteeism every time
