Job Description


Post tender award contract administration and contract price adjustment payments or deductions.
Key Responsibility Areas

  • Assumes responsibility for cost price adjustment.
  • Assumes responsibility for contract data capturing.
  • Verifies validity of statistics.
  • Undertakes general administration duties i.e. authorise and submit completion certificates for closure of contracts, supervising the maintenance of contract files, updating LP Gas Cylinder records.
  • Undertake related assignments.

Essential Requirements
  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) and an Administrative Certificate.
