Job Summary Key Responsibilities: Manage contracts strategically to minimize the likelihood of claims from contractors, safeguarding project integrity and financial stability. Ensure contractors deliver on project schedules established as baseline benchmarks, maintaining project momentum and efficiency. Collaborate in the development of Project Execution Plan (PEP) strategies and establish contract requirements, facilitating streamlined procurement processes for Supply Chain Management (SCM). Oversee projects from initiation to conclusion, ensuring timely completion and adherence to allocated budgets. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a strong commercial background, considered essential for this role.
