Job SummaryHire Resolve's client is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager/Administrator to support contracts management and administration for various projects in their Oil, Gas, and Power division.Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial administration of subcontracts, including issuing instructions, assessing Compensation Event Quotations, ensuring compliance with principal contract requirements, and handling contractual close-out.
• Assist the Project Manager with the principal contract, including claims, quotations, contractual disputes, correspondence, change requests, and contract closure.
• Provide support in legal services, finance, and accounts to meet contractual commitments.
• Build and maintain relationships with principal contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Technologist with a Technical Engineering Degree or Higher National Diploma and 10 years of relevant experience, or
• Engineering Degree (BSc) with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Additional qualifications in quantity surveying, contract management, project management, or legal studies are desirable.

Competencies

• Knowledge of:

• Applicable contract administration processes
• NEC contract management
• Project management principles (PMBOK preferred)
• Experience:

• Preferred experience with Eskom projects.
