Job Description

:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Supervisor/ Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contractual aspects of our projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, and negotiate contracts and subcontracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, legal requirements, and industry standards.

- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing effective solutions.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Liaise with project managers, site managers, quantity surveyor, architects and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

- Maintain accurate records of contract documentation, correspondence, site instructions and change orders.

- Conduct regular contract performance reviews and provide reports to senior management.

- Assist in the resolution of contractual disputes and claims.

- Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.( Diploma or degree will be advantageous)

- Strong understanding of regulations, and construction industry standards.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Driver's license and transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R32500,00 - R37500,00 per month
