Job Summary Job Title: Contracts SpecialistHire Resolves client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contracts Specialist to join their team in Rustenburg, North West. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of contract law and negotiation.Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and clients
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies
• Analyse contract terms and conditions to identify risks and opportunities
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract management and best practices
• Maintain a database of all contracts and related documents
• Assist in the resolution of contract disputes and issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in contract management or a related role
• Strong knowledge of contract law and negotiation techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software
