Job Description
Job Title: Contracts SpecialistHire Resolves client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contracts Specialist to join their team in Rustenburg, North West. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of contract law and negotiation.Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and clients
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies
- Analyse contract terms and conditions to identify risks and opportunities
- Advise internal stakeholders on contract management and best practices
- Maintain a database of all contracts and related documents
- Assist in the resolution of contract disputes and issues
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in contract management or a related role
- Strong knowledge of contract law and negotiation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software
- Salary: negotiable.
