Job Summary Job Title: Control and Instrumentation Engineer - Mining - LimpopoLocation: Limpopo, South AfricaHire Resolve's Client are seeking a highly skilled Control and Instrumentation Engineer to join their mining operation in Limpopo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on control systems and instrumentation.Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement control systems for mining operations
- Troubleshoot and repair control and instrumentation equipment as needed
- Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of control systems
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of mining equipment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in control and instrumentation technology
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all control and instrumentation activitiesRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in control and instrumentation engineering, preferably in the mining industry
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, and other control technologies
- Familiarity with mining equipment and processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
