Job Description
Performs tasks associated with the execution of security/loss control related activities by controlling the conduct, procedural applications and processes through observations and inspections.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Conducts spot checks on deliveries and fresh produce exiting.
- Accounts for fresh produce delivered.
- Undertakes security elated functions.
- Undertakes other loss control functions.
- Controls vehicle activity.
- Monitors multi-purpose rooms, cold store and Market Agentsxe2x80x99 cold rooms on sales floor.
- Promotes the market.
- Relieves in the absence of the Senior Control Officer.
- Undertakes related assignments.

- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- Law Enforcement certificate or able to obtain one within 6 months from date of appointment.
- First Aid Certificate or to be obtained within 6 months from date of appointment.
- Valid motor vehicle driving license (Code B or C1) as applicable.
- 2 Years relevant experience.
- Computer Literacy.
- Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Law Enforcement or any other related and equivalent qualification.
- 3 Years relevant experience.
