Job Description
Control of Guarding operations Minimum Requirements:
1.Matric PSIRA registered with Grade B/A
2.Previous control room experience will be advantageous
3.Exposure in a Guarding Environment is essential
4.Computer literate with fast and accurate typing skills
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Monitor and action all inbound and outbound calls.
2.Control of shift change and deployment.
3.Handling of incidents and client complaints.
4.Updating posting sheets.
5.Monitor the radio.
6.Record and report all incidents and accidents.
7.Daily reporting to Area Managers and to Regional Guarding Manager
