Xone Integrated Security

is currently recruiting a Control Room Supervisor in the Germiston

, GP

region and surrounding areas.

REQUIREMENTS:

Valid PSIRA Grade A certificate

Matric certificate/ Grade 12 Equivalent

Valid Driver's License and Own reliable transport, including weekend and after-hour visits and audits

. Minimum 5 Years Control Room Experience.

. Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.

. Willing to be able to work 12 hour shifts and
. Must be able to work under pressure

. Strong charater and able to make decisions with minimum input from senior management

. Technical experience

Skills

Computer literate and Proficient in Microsoft office (Word/Excel /Outlook/ PowerPoint)

Understanding of body language and profiling

Experience in training other staff members

Proficient communication in both English and Afrikaans (verbal and written).

Extensive experience in control room operations and CCTV monitoring.

Leadership, pro -active and strong client relationship skills

Technical experience

A sound and proven understanding of security technology, able

. Understand and work with at least 2 CCTV software systems
