on increasing sales and driving customer awarenessMinimum Requirements:Matric or relevant tertiary qualification2-3 years of sales experience/ retail experienceMin 1 year of telecommunications experience is essentialPassion for retail & salesProficient in EnglishHard working and able to work shopping mall hoursLocation: DurbanKey Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance and information on product features to meet sales target
• Adhere and achieve the departmentxe2x80x99s sales targets on a monthly, bi-annual, and annual basis
• Identify sales opportunities and prepare sales action plans and schedules to meet specific targets
• Work with customers to determine their needs; recommend the right product and help customers find products that fit needs and desires
• Liaise with customers and provide management with feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and any potential for new

products/services to ensure customerxe2x80x99s needs are satisfactorily met

• Collaborate with co-workers to ensure proper customer service is delivered
• Identify and expedite the resolution of customer concerns to maximize satisfaction
• Develop product knowledge and remain knowledgeable on current and new product offerings in order to demonstrate the functions to potential

customers

• Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and organized to make the products attractive to customers
• Facilitate training in-store
• Feedback campaign information and other to support team
• Analyse sales reports and interpret information to assist in putting together sales action plans
