Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and support ControlM and Managed File Transfer (MFT) systems.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot ControlM jobs and MFT workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of services.
- Participate in on-call rotation and resolve incidents within SLA.
