Conversational Ai Designer
Job Description
Individuals with a completed IT degree will qualify for the role. As a Conversational AI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping user interactions with chatbots and virtual assistants. You'll conduct user research to understand behaviours and preferences, design natural conversation flows, and create engaging content that makes conversations feel intuitive.Were looking for someone with a solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and experience in C#, .NET, and SQL Server, alongside excellent copywriting and UX design skills. Familiarity with tools such as Voiceflow and ChatGPT will set you apart. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in an Agile environment and have knowledge of API development and RESTful web services. Rigorous usability testing will also be part of your day-to-day, ensuring your designs meet user needs and perform seamlessly.
