Job Summary Our client is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to support their busy conveyancing department. This role involves assisting with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions, from contract preparation to settlement. The ideal candidate will have experience in conveyancing procedures and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation and review of contracts, leases, and other legal documents. Conduct title searches, property searches, and due diligence investigations. Prepare settlement statements, financial documents, and transfer forms. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property transactions. Provide administrative support to conveyancing solicitors and other team members as needed. Stay updated on changes to conveyancing laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal in a law firm or conveyancing practice. Proficiency in conveyancing software and MS Office applications. Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and property law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and record-keeping. Diploma or certificate in conveyancing or paralegal studies preferred.Pronel PersonnelRecruiter
