Role: Conveyancing Secretary
Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape
Salary: Market RelatedWhat You Bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail to manage all financial aspects of conveyancing transactions, including final accounts and payouts upon registration.
  • Proficiency in LexisConvey and GhostPractice.
  • Experience applying for Transfer Duty Receipts via the SARS eFiling system and obtaining Rates Clearance Certificates online from municipalities.
  • Matric Certificate
  • Own reliable transport and a valid driver's license.
