3 to 4 years of experience in copywriting and community management Financial Services will be an added advantage.
Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Proficiency in crafting messaging hierarchies and adapting tone of voice to suit different platforms and audiences.
Experience in community management, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Strong research skills with the ability to gather insights from social listening and audience analysis.
Knowledge of social media platforms and their features, as well as trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to community engagement.
