Bedfordview, Johannesburg: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (TRANSFERS)
Permanent position for full day, half day or 3 days per week
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable female
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English a must
-Minimum 3 years recent experience as a Conveyancing Secretary, attending to Deceased Estates Transfers at a law firm a must
-Computer literate in Lexis Convey
-Non smoker, with own vehicle
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-Permanent position for full day, half day (8am – 2pm) or 3 days per week (depending on experience and within salary amount offered)
Duties:
-Drafting of Deceased Estates Transfers documents
-Related Conveyancing administration and secretarial duties
-Client liaison
-Drafting of relevant legal documents
Salary: R 10 000.00 – R 15 000.00 gross maximum
