Cape Town City Centre: LITIGATION SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional female
-Excellent verbal communication skills
-2 to 3 years recent Litigation typing experience at a law firm a must
-Foreclosures experience and knowledge National Credit Act highly advantageous
-Strong organisational skills
-Able to accurately process bulk instructions
-Able to work well in a team environment
-Computer literate with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-Residing in Cape Town a must (within daily commuting distance from City Centre)
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting and typing of Foreclosures Litigation documents, legal documents, notices and pleadings
-Processing bulk instructions
-Client liaison and typing of legal correspondence
-General legal secretarial and administrative duties
Salary: Negotiable depending on relevant experience (Market related)
