Rooihuiskraal, Centurion: FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION CLERK
Minimum Requirements:
-Professional Afrikaans speaking female aged approximately 25-35 years
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Recent administration experience a must (preferably in a retail environment)
-Accounts reconciliation experience A MUST
-Able to work with large volumes
-Computer literate in MS Office (Pastel Evolution highly advantageous and preferred)
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Responsible and reliable
Excellent verbal and communication skills with fluency in Afrikaans and English.
-Stable employment record
-Contactable References
Duties:
-Full financial administration functions for retail Packaging Supplier Company
-Accounts reconciliations
-Provide feedback to management.
-Filing invoices
-Manage cash in transit
-Adhere to procedures informing the administration of floats and cash drops.
-Adhere to all returns and credit notes as per standard procedures.
-General filing of all related invoices.
-Capturing of invoices.
Salary: R 8 000.00 – R 10 000.00 gross maximum
