Bedfordview, Johannesburg: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (TRANSFERS)
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable female with strong English proficiency
-Minimum 3 years recent experience as a Conveyancing Secretary, attending to Deceased Estates Transfers at a law firm a must
-Computer literate in Lexis Convey
-Non smoker, with own vehicle
-Contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
-3 months temporary position with possibility of becoming permanent
-Half day (8am – 2pm), 3 days per week, or full day position (depending on experience and within salary amount offered)
Duties:
-Drafting of Deceased Estates Transfers documents
-Related Conveyancing administration and secretarial duties
-Client liaison
-Drafting of relevant legal documents
Salary: R 10 000.00 gross
