Sandton, Johannesburg: INBOUND RESERVATIONIST
Minimum Requirements:
-Reliable, professional and service orientated female, preferably aged approximately 40 – 50 years
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Key Requirement - Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 2 years recent inbound reservations experience a must, specifically in the Travel Industry a must (Key requirement – not negotiable)
-Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel and Galileo a must
-Excellent communication- and research skills
-Diligent and very detailed orientated
-Relatively good mathematical skills (understanding mark ups, nett costs etc.)
-Non smoker
-Own reliable vehicle to work
-Willing to commit to long term employment with company
-Stable employment record a must (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment record, long term employment at previous employers etc.)
-Contactable References a must
-Residing within daily commuting distance from Sandton
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full inbound reservations duties for dynamic Domestic Tour Management Company
-Issue tour packages, Domestic and Regional flights
-Typing itineraries and vouchers for clients
-Compiling documentation in travel wallet
-Finalize operations from accommodation, guides, transport and entrance fees
Salary: ± R 18 000.00 – R 35 000.00 gross (Depending on relevant experience – higher amount for very experienced candidate)
